How to change a kickstand on the flex deluxe model scooter
The kickstand comprises:
Stand, x2 locating collars, spring, fixing screw
-Place the scooter upon its side with the kickstand uppermost
-Position the kickstand in the open position
-Using a Phillips or posidrive screwdriver, undo the fixing screw
-Hold the kickstand as you approach removing the screw, as this is sprung
-Once the old kickstand is removed, the reverse of this procedure should be followed
-Push the kickstand into position by aligning the hole on the kickstand with the holes through which the fixing screw will secure the kickstand insert and tighten the screw
-Some pressure may need to be applied to compress the spring and align the holes
