Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Scooter

  Carefully place the scooter back in its original box with all manuals and tools included to ensure it arrives safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
