Micro Cruiser Upper Clamp: Silver

This is the complete collar clamp with associated screws. Located at the top of the lower handle stem. This part controls the height of the handlebars. Open the collar clamp then close the clamp to secure the handle at the required height. Suitable for the Micro Cruiser scooter only.
