Micro Cruiser Linkage Tube: Black

This is the plastic insert that fits the top of the lower handle stem. It acts as a buffer between top and bottom handle stem. If the upper and lower handle are rattling or loose the plastic linkage tube may have been displaced and got pushed down the handle. This is easily replaced with a new linkage tube.
