To fit the new wheel you will need a 5mm allen key. Axle should be set up so you have equal parts of the tread showing on each side of the axle. The axle slots between the forks , the cup washer with serrated side towards the fork then go on the outside, the axle bolt then screws into the centre of the axle with the 5mm allen key.
